Noemi Alexa is the Head of Sector Exchange, research and analysis at CEPOL. Before joining CEPOL, she worked as assistant professor of the Central European University teaching business integrity and leadership for Executive MBA students. Priori to that, she worked as the Executive Director of Transparency International Hungary for seven years. She has broad experience in coordinating and managing research projects. Currently she coordinates all strategic and operational level training needs assessments of law enforcement.

Ana Gallego is the Director-General for Justice and Consumers at the European Commission since November 2021. Before joining the European Commission she was Director-General of International Legal Cooperation and Human Rights in the Ministry of Justice of Spain. She has a degree in law from the University of Granada, Spain and studies in Translation and Interpretation from the same university.

Haffide Boulakras Directeur adjoint École nationale de la magistrature Magistrat détaché, Haffide Boulakras occupe depuis 2022 le poste de directeur adjoint de l’École nationale de la magistrature (ENM). Il est en charge du département international, ainsi que de la formation continue, des formations professionnelles et spécialisées. Précédemment, il était le directeur du Programme Procédure Pénale Numérique (PPN) au Secrétariat général du ministère de la Justice, et coordonné l’activité des États généraux de la Justice pour le ministère. Entre 2017 et 2018, il a par ailleurs été mis à disposition de l’Unité de coopération judiciaire EUROJUST.
