A Policy Officer in the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers, working in the unit Digital Transition and Judicial Training. My work is focused on digitalisation of justice and the European e-Justice Portal. The purpose of digitalisation is to improve access to justice, as well as to simplify and facilitate cross-border procedures. Our flagship initiative is the e-Justice Portal, which aims to become a one-stop-shop for all justice matters. Before that I have worked in the IT field and in the International Relations Directorate of the Ministry of Interior of Bulgaria.

He holds an MA in Education and has published work relating to the use of technology in education and assessment in professional legal education.
